WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

Your privacy is dear to us. We will treat it with confidentiality. When you are interested in our offers, contact us and are interested in booking a trip with us, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you e-mails about us, new offers and trips and other updates.

Bookings and payments will be made directly with Akosia. For some bookings and payments in the future, nevertheless, you will be referred to “SamaPass” – their privacy and security policy applies. You can get further information under these links:

CONSENT

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us and SamaPass with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card and place an order, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at hello@akosia-dancing.com

DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Social plug-ins from Facebook

We use social plug-ins from facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. The plug-ins can be recognized by way of the Facebook logo or the supplement “Facebook Social Plug-in”. For example, if you click on the “Like” button or leave a comment, the relevant information is transmitted directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. Furthermore, Facebook makes your likes public for your Facebook friends. If you are logged into Facebook, it can assign the invocation of our page directly to your Facebook account. Even if you are not logged in or don’t have a Facebook account, your browser sends information (e.g. which web pages you have called up, your IP address) which is then stored by Facebook.
